This app is super buggy. It randomly stops playing and when you manually hit play again, it will restart the chapter. Or, it will just randomly close. It also doesn't track the progress great. Sometimes, it will show certain chapters as incomplete, even though I check and verify I had indeed finished them. Not quite the experience I expected for the amount of money I spent on this subscription.

I love MasterClass! It feels personal and engaging, and the bite-sized lessons make it easy to learn about new topics without feeling overwhelmed. I especially love that you can get a great introduction to a subject and then decide what you want to dive deeper into. It makes learning feel enjoyable, accessible, and easy to fit into everyday life..

Great content but horrible user experience - I enjoy the variety, content and quality of the informational videos, but the experience of actually using this app is so frustrating, especially when casting to a tv. If you exit out of the app all all, the whole video restarts when casting, we couldn't put subtitles on the videos which is an accessibility issue. The way you can view your saved videos is clunky and not in list format. When viewing videos by category, the organization is nonsensical.
